1. Accepted Payments and Payment Methods

2. Abilities
The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our rates corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for security and insurance reasons.
If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner has the option to refuse additional customers. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or termination of the contract on the initiative
of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains with the owner.
3. Cancellation conditions
60 days before 100% credit for a future stay, Between 60 and 15 days before 50% credit for a future stay. Less than 15 days later, the total amount of the reservation remains due.
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (attack, climatic phenomenon, epidemic, strike, etc.) Casa Rosalie cannot be held responsible and the entire reservation remains due unless exceptional decision by management.
4. Rates
The prices appearing on our website or our brochures are subject to change depending on economic conditions or regulatory provisions, they are inclusive of all taxes. Only the price appearing on your confirmation or other confirmation letter is binding.
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then pays it to the Public Treasury.
5. Children
A letter of release will be systematically provided and must be signed before the start of the stay regarding the safety of children and minors.
6. Responsibility and Security
The Casa Rosalie estate is at the heart of a preserved and untamed natural site that we wish to protect and conserve. This place, which is considered a Residential Leisure Park, is not secure and by accepting this stay at Casa Rosalie you accept the conditions and risks linked to nature, the forest and the pond which are on the estate. Your vigilance at all times is important and if you come with your children they are your entire responsibility during your entire stay. By paying and accepting your stay you release the company UPPN Casa Rosalie and its management from all responsibilities.
7. Pets
Our pet friends are allowed in our casas and on the property. Animals/dogs of categories 1&2 are not allowed
8. Use of premises
The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He undertakes to return the accommodation in good condition.
9. Valuables
It is recommended not to leave valuable items in accommodation.
10. Complaints
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with return receipt within 30 days following the stay to the following address:

11. Dispute
In the event of a dispute, only the jurisdiction of the Alencon Court is recognized.
