In the heart of the Perch countryside, in Normandy Casa Rosalie offers a new place of escape, connection and reconnection nestled in a 2.7 hectare estate far from the urban bustle. A collection of 3 Casas with unique design and architecture, combining noble materials and current trends with ultra-pure lines and verticality. Between forest and lake, the comfortable houses have private swimming pools heated all year round. An authentic wood-fired Nordic bath is installed on the lake.
It is in a countryside left virgin and wild that we find the 3 casas entirely designed by Anne-Christelle and Bertrand. They dreamed them, imagined them and one day... Houses with modern design, clean lines and a lovely play of volumes that blend perfectly into nature. Casa Rosalie is made mainly of responsible and recycled materials. These houses have been designed to mark a break with the outside by offering an intimate and warm atmosphere while enjoying in each room a unique panorama both on the lake and on the forest and the surrounding countryside thanks to the large bay windows.
